The MMPS Way to Wellbeing ‘Outer’ Layer
The outer layer of MMPS Way to Wellbeing aligns with the wellbeing strategy of Catholic Education of WA (CEWA). This layer represents the visible aspects of our school’s wellbeing wheel. It encompasses the qualities, abilities, and conditions that support individual accomplishments, social aptitude, and emotional strength. As our students engage in learning and interact with one another and our staff, we observe elements such as adaptability, active involvement, competence, constructive communication, and nurturing relationships, all of which foster collective growth and development.
The outer layer of the MMPS Way to Wellbeing represents the observable aspects of our school wellbeing wheel. It is the toolkit that we will see students displaying on the journey of wellbeing. As students engage in learning and interact with one another and our staff, we observe elements such as problem solving, gratitude, joy, self regulation, collaborative engagement and respectful relationships, all of which foster collective growth and development.
