Enrolment Information

APPLICATIONS TO MARY’S MOUNT PRIMARY SCHOOL

Mary’s Mount Primary School welcomes your application for admission. As we are a single stream Primary School, positions do fill fast. Please ensure you have all of your paperwork in order, and your application is submitted well in advance.

Application for Enrolment form can be found on our website below.

To be considered for enrolment into Three-year-old Kindergarten, your child must be three years of age at commencement and be toilet trained. Enrolment into 3 Year Old Kindergarten does not guarantee acceptance into 4 Year Old Kindergarten. It is a separate process and program.

To be considered for enrolment into Four-year-old Kindergarten your child must be four years of age by 30 June of that current year. Should your child be turning four later in the year they will be considered for Kindergarten the following year.

Applications for the first round of interviews for the following year need to be submitted by 30 March. Interviews are then conducted at the end of Term One for enrolment in Three-Year-Old Kindergarten and Four-Year-Old Kindergarten for the following year.

A copy of your child’s Birth Certificate, Baptism Certificate, Parish Priest Reference, Immunisation Record, Passport, Visa and Custodial Court Orders are to accompany the Application for Enrolment form. Applications can be emailed to admin@mmps.wa.edu.au or delivered in person to the school office. Originals of these documents should be presented at the enrolment interview.

An application fee of $25.00 is to be forwarded with the application form for 4 Year Old Kindergarten which is non-refundable. This can be paid over the phone via credit card, or in person at the school office. There is no application fee for 3 Year Old Kindergarten.

Once your application has been received, the school will mail you an official receipt. Please note that completing an Enrolment Form, and our acceptance of the Enrolment Form does not guarantee an enrolment interview or offer of enrolment by the school.

Our enrolment policy provides for the following enrolment priority for all students:
